"Everyone wants to live at the expense of the state.
They forget that the state lives at the expense of everyone."
- Frédéric Bastiat

Every day, I wake up excited to learn something new. Because the universe is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper!

Check out this extremely well written, introductory book about the cell:
From One Cell: A Journey into Life's Origins and the Future of Medicine

Have the best day!
2023 - now
I am a software engineer at Isomorphic Labs. We are reimagining the drug development process with an AI-first approach in order to find cures for some of humanity's most devastating diseases.
2022 - 2023
I was a software engineering intern at datadog where I worked with the application security backend team to deliver real-time visibility into attacks that target the customer's web application.
I had a great time and was given the freedom to drive a project with the goal to deploy a finetuned BERT model in production to decrease the number of false-positive attack alerts for our customers. We have the potential to decrease the amount of alerts by up to 40%.
2020 - 2023
MSc at the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Data Science where I worked with the Machine Learning and Optimization lab on federated learning in low-resource settings and with heterogeneous data. I also did some research with the Security and Privacy Engineering lab on making passwords safe again.
2016 - 2020
BSc at the University of Osnabrück with a major in Cognitive Science. I learned what we currently know about the human brain and had my first exposure to deep learning and neural networks.
